Specific Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is only valid for customers who received our promotional e-mail (the “E-mail”).
2. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
3. This offer is only available once per each customer.
4. The promotion starts on the day the e-mail is sent and ends at 23:59 on Sunday of the same week the e-mail was sent (“Promotional Period”).
5. In order to participate in this promotion, an eligible player must place an eligible bet which is settled by the end of the promotional period in order to get a EUR 50 FreeBet.
6. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our General Terms and Conditions.
7. Players must:
   • be over 18 years old
   • be a player who has received our e-mail
   • place an eligible bet (as defined below) during the promotional period
     (“Eligible Player”)
8. An eligible bet is a bet that complies with the following requirements:
   • the minimum bet placed by an eligible player must be EUR 5
   • single and Multi bets will count towards this promotion
   • sports bet and live bets will count towards this promotion
   • web, tablet and mobile bets will count towards this promotion
   • bets placed using FreeBets will not count towards this promotion
   • bets placed using the PROTEKTOR will not count towards this promotion
   • bets using the Early Payout will not count towards this promotion
   • system bets will not count towards this promotion
   • cancelled bets will not count towards this promotion
     (“Eligible Bet”)

Mechanics:

1. If an eligible player places an eligible bet during the promotional period, we will issue a FreeBet matching the bet amount up to a value of EUR 50 within 72 hours once the promotional period has ended.
2. Players whose account currency is not EUR:
   • The turnover amount will be converted using our internal conversion rate
   • The FreeBet will be issued in EUR and be displayed in your account in your own currency using the internal conversation rate
3. Where we suspect that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to exclude them from this promotion pending further investigation.
4. The company reserves the right to withdraw from the promotion for whatever reason.
5. All bwin.party digital entertainment plc. employees and all related and associated companies, their board members, as well as any persons involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of this promotion, advertising or promotion agencies, service providers, contractors, as well as third parties and legal authorities directly connected with the promotion are excluded from participation in this promotion. The same applies to any family members of the above-mentioned persons.

FreeBet Terms and Conditions

1. In order to claim the FreeBet, customers must log in into their account.
2. The FreeBet will be found above the bet slip.
3. The FreeBet can only be used for sports bets on our site.
4. Players must use their FreeBets within 7 days of it being issued.
5. If you have more than one FreeBet, the FreeBets will be activated one after another.
6. If a customer places a bet using their FreeBet and wins the bet, the net winnings from the FreeBet will be credited to the player’s account. Further information on FreeBets can be found here.
