1. The promoter of this promotion is Entain, registered in Gibraltar under the number 112454 and having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.
2. This promotion begins on 10.11.2020 at 09:00 (CEST) and ends on 20.11.2020 at 23.59 (CET) (the "Promotional Period").
3. By taking part in this Promotion, you accept these Terms and Conditions of Participation, our General Terms and Conditions and our General Terms and Conditions for Promotions.
4. In order to take part in this promotion, an eligible player (as defined below in Clause 5) must place an eligible bet (as defined below in Clause 6) during the promotional period.
5. An eligible player must:
   • be over 18 years of age;
   • successfully complete his/her registration as a new customer at bwin.com during the promotional period;
   • resident in Austria, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg
   • make an initial deposit of at least €10;
   • the deposit has to be made using one of the following deposit methods: BANKTRANSFER, EPS, DINERS, GIROPAY, SOFORTÜBERWEISUNG, KALIXA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, PAYSAFECARD, PAYPAL, VISA, INSTANT BANK, MUCH BETTER, APPLE PAY, RAPID TRANSFER and ECOPAYZ.
6. An eligible bet must fulfil the following requirements:
   • it must be a single or Multi bet;
   • it must be a sports bet or a live bet;
   • it must be placed using a "Back Up Bet";
   • the bet must be concluded;
   • the bet must be placed using a computer, tablet or smartphone.
7. The following bets will not count towards this promotion:
   • Bets which are placed using a FreeBet
   • System bets
   • Edit My Bet bets
   • Cash Out bets
   • Cancelled bets

Mechanics

8. Each eligible player will receive a Back Up Bet.
9. The Back Up Bet is only available for a limited period of seven (7) days. Afterwards, it will expire.
10. Players must:
    • Select a single/Multi spots bet or live bet with a minimum stake of €10.
    • Click on "Apply Back Up Bet" in the bet slip.
    • Place the bet (an "Eligible Bet").
11. If the eligible bet is not successful, the eligible player will receive a FreeBet equal to the value of their stake - up to €100.
12. FreeBets will be awarded within 48 hours from the time the eligible bet (including Multi bets) has been completed and settled.

General Terms and Conditions for FreeBets

13. FreeBets will be awarded as defined in these Terms and Conditions.
14. In order to claim the FreeBet, you need to log on to your account.
15. You can find the FreeBet above the bet slip.
16. The FreeBet may only be used for sports bets at www.bwin.com.
17. The FreeBet is valid for a limited period of time only and players must use their FreeBet within 72 hours from the time it was credited.
18. If a player places a bet using their FreeBet and wins the bet, the net winnings from the FreeBet will be credited to the player’s account. Further information on FreeBets can be found in our FreeBet Terms and Conditions.
19. If you have more than one FreeBet, the FreeBets will be activated one after the other.

General

20. Where we suspect that a winner is guilty of fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to exclude them from this promotion, exclude him from this promotion and/or close his user account and/or suspend the promotion until the matter is fully investigated.
21. The company reserves the right to exclude any player from this promotion if they do not match the requirements for being an eligible player and the right to end this promotion at any given point without previous notice.
22. The company reserves the right to modify the contents of these Promotional Terms and Conditions at any time. Players are under an obligation to regularly inform themselves of the current Terms and Conditions.
23. The company reserves the right to terminate this promotion anytime and without previous notice.
24. Only one account is permitted per customer. We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to refuse participation in the promotion in one or more of the following circumstances:
    • Accounts with the same IP address
    • Accounts which belong to the same family and/or household
    • Accounts which have common contact details or identifiers (e.g. e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, bank/credit card numbers or other payment methods)
    • Different accounts that belong to the same person
    • Violation of one or more of our Bonus Terms and Conditions
    • Evidence of fraudulent collusion between customers when placing bets
