1. This promotion, bwin Carnival, is valid from 00:00 on 28/01/2022 until 23:59 on 11/02/2022 (the ''Promotional Period'').
2. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
3. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.

3. are able to see this promotion after login, exclusions apply.

Mechanics

1. This promotion consists of 6 sub-promotions: (A) Fortune Teller; (B) Three Shells; (C) Haunted House; (D) Penalty Shoot Out: (E) Claw Grabber: and (F) Cash Prize Pool.
2. To participate in each sub-promotion, an Eligible Player must first opt-in during the Promotional Period
3. An Eligible Player who has opted in will receive 2 free tickets to use in the bwin Carnival.To receive more tickets, a player will have to wager on either Sports or Casino (see "Wagering requirements" below)
For every ticket an Eligible Player uses in the bwin Carnival, they will also earn 1 (one) entry to a Prize Draw for a chance to win a share of the €100.000 prize pool. Every ticket in the bwin Carnival will earn an Eligible Player 1 (one) entry. 
4. An Eligible Player will need the following amount of tickets to enter and play each game:

1. 1 (one) ticket to enter and play the Claw Grabber game to win Casino prizes. Eligible Players will not be guaranteed a prize
2. 1 (one) ticket to enter and play the Penalty Shoot Out game to win Sports prizes. Eligible Players will not be guaranteed a prize
3. 5 (five) tickets to enter and play the Haunted House game to win Sports prizes. Eligible Players will be guaranteed a prize
4. 5 (five) tickets to enter and play the Three Shells game to win Casino prizes. Eligible Players will be guaranteed a prize
5. 10 (ten) tickets to enter and play the Fortune Teller game to win Bonus prizes. Bonus prizes may be Cash, Casino Bonuses or Direct Bonuses. Eligible Players will be guaranteed a prize 

Wagering requirements 

1. An Eligible Player can earn extra tickets each day to enter and play the bwin Carnival Games 
2. An Eligible Player must wager €10 (cumulative) on Sports (min. odds 1.70) in a day (running from 00.00 to 23.59.59 (a “day”) to receive 1 (one) extra ticket to the bwin Carnival. Bets placed with FreeBets or Tokens (Odds Boost Tokens or Risk Free Tokens) will not be considered for the promotion.
3. An Eligible Player must wager €25 on Casino in a day (running from 00.00 to 23.59.59 (a “day”) to receive 1 (one) extra ticket to the bwin Carnival. Together, the wagering requirements are referred to as “Eligible Bet”.
4. Bets placed on enhanced accumulators/Combi+ will not count
5. Duplicate and void bets will not count
6. Cancelled bets and system bets do not count towards this offer
7. Cash out bets do not count towards this offer
8. System bets do not count towards this offer
9. Any bets placed that generate a carnival ticket will have the Cash out option disabled. 
10. An Eligible Player can maximum earn 20 (twenty) tickets pr. day. 10 (ten) by wagering €100 on sports and 10 (ten) by wagering €250 on Casino 
11. Every ticket will be collected and shown immediately after wagering under "Tickets Balance" on the bwin Carnival Landing Page
12. Tickets can be used throughout the promotional period
13. Tickets do not have to be used on the same day they are received. Example: An Eligible player wagers €50 on Sports and €100 on Casino on one day. 9 tickets will be earned on that day and will be shown right away in the tickets balance on the bwin Carnival Landing Page. An Eligible player can use his tickets right away or save them to another day

(A) “Fortune Teller” Prizes

1. Eligible Players are guaranteed a Bonus prize when playing the Fortune Teller game
2. An Eligible Player will need 10 (ten) tickets to enter the game and have an equal chance of winning one of the following prizes: 

1. €10 Cash
2. €10 Direct Bonus to use on either Sports or Casino 
3. €25 Direct Bonus to use on either Sports or Casino
4. €50 Cash

(B) “Three Shells” Prizes

1. Eligible Players are guaranteed a Casino prize when playing the Three Shells game

(E) “Claw Grabber” Prizes

1. All Games Prizes have to be claimed and used within 72 hours of being issued to an Eligible Player’s account, otherwise, they will be lost.

 (F) Cash Prize Pool

1. Each Eligible Player who has placed an Eligible Bet during the Promotional Period and earned a ticket in the bwin Carnival shall be awarded 1 (one) entry ticket and entered into a prize draw (the "Cash Prize Pool"). The raffle tickets shall be awarded on the following basis:

1. An Eligible Player will receive 1 (one) entry ticket to the prize draw per ticket used in the bwin Carnival 
2. For Eligible Players with a stake of €10 on Sports or €25 on Casino Eligible Players shall be rewarded 1 (one) entry ticket
3. Each Eligible Player can place multiple Eligible Bets each day during the Promotional Period
4. An Eligible player will have more chances of winning a share of the Cash Prize Pool when having multiple entries 
5. 100 (one hundred) players will win €1000 (one thousand) each from the €100,000 Cash Prize Pool (The "Winners")
6. The Winners shall be allocated the prize at random.
7. Each Eligible Bet will count towards this promotion
8. All Eligible Players shall be entered into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

1. Each Eligible Bet shall be allocated a random unique number, starting from number 1 up to the total number of Eligible Bets placed during the Promotional Period (the "Unique ID")
2. The Winners of the Prize Draw shall be selected on Saturday 12th of February 2022 using the random number generator tool in the Microsoft Excel program (the "Tool")
3. All winning players will be informed via inbox and e-mail by Monday 14th of February 2022 latest
4. The Tool shall select 1 (one) Unique IDs, identifying each single Eligible Player, at random
5. Cash Prizes will be credited to a winner’s Website account at the same time of notification.
6. Eligible Players are responsible to ensure that accurate and up-to-date information is saved in their Website account
7. If a Winner fails to provide proof of address or any other information required by us within 24 hours of the request, we reserve the right to disqualify the Winner from the Promotion.
8. Post disqualification, the Winner will no longer be eligible to receive the Prize.
9. The Cash Prize will be available for withdrawal once credited to the Winner’s Website account. 

FreeBet Terms and Conditions

1. To claim the FreeBet, Eligible Players must log in to their Website account.
2. The FreeBet will be found above the bet slip.
3. The FreeBet will expire within 72 hours after being credited if not used.
4. If an Eligible Player places a bet using their FreeBet and wins the bet, the net winnings from the FreeBet will be credited to the Eligible Player’s Website account. Further information on FreeBets can be found here.
5. If a player has more than one FreeBet, the FreeBets will be activated one after another

Odds Boost Token Terms and Conditions

1. All Odds Boost Terms and Conditions apply for the reward.
2. The Odds Boost token will be available only for bets placed with the maximum stake specified above (e.g. €10 or €20). Boosted winnings will be paid out in cash. 
3. The Odds Boost token will increase the available odds offered on a specific event (e.g. it may increase the odds by 10%, 20% or 50%).
4. To use the Odds Boost token, Eligible Players must log in to their Website account.
5. The Odds Boost token will be available for a limited time only and players must use the token within 72 hours of it being issued. Otherwise, it will become forfeited.
6. Where a bet placed with an Odds Boost Token settles as ‘lost’, no funds are payable, and the Odds Boost Token is considered used.
7. Where a bet placed with an Odds Boost Token settles as ‘lost’ and later corrected as 'won', winnings for the boosted odds will not be given
8. Where a bet placed with an Odds Boost Token settles as ‘cancelled’, your stake is returned, but the Odds Boost reward is considered used.
9. Only one Odds Boost Token can be used per bet slip. Odds Boost Tokens cannot be combined with any other rewards.
10. We reserve the right to accept or decline any bet/wager requested for participating sports, markets or bet types when Odds Boost Token are used or attempted to be used.
11. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or remove the Odds Boost Tokens feature at any time for any event, fixture or market. Any bets placed on such events, fixtures or markets prior to such suspension or removal of the Odds Boost Rewards feature, shall stand as originally placed.
12. We reserve the right to reverse the settlement of a bet placed using the Odds Boost Token feature if the bet or a market is settled in error. Moreover, we can cancel any bets in case there is a pricing error.
13. If you have applied an Odds Boost Token to your bet, any Cash Out returns will be based on the original non-boosted odds.
14. Odds Boost Tokens cannot be used on Price Boosts or Enhanced Accas. 

Back up Bet Terms and Conditions

1. Back Up Bet Rewards are available for (i) all real money players who have made an initial deposit of at least €5, and (ii) on single bets or on one (1) Multi bet; and (iii) selected sports events (excluding racing), fixtures, stake values, and/or markets both pre-match and in-play. Back Up Bet Rewards are not available on multiple single bets, system bets or banker bets.
2. If available, Back Up Bet Rewards entitle you to receive some or all of your stake back in case your bet loses as either (i) a FreeBet; (ii) a Bonus, subject to wagering requirements; or (iii) cash up to a maximum amount displayed.
3. Where available, the Back Up Bet Reward shall appear as an option on Your bet slip. You can choose to use the Back Up Bet Reward for that bet, or you can keep it to use it later. A list of all Back Up Bet Rewards available will be displayed on the website, under the “Offers” section.
4. Back Up Bet Rewards are (i) single use only, and (ii) valid for the specified timeframe only. Once expired, the FreeBet Reward shall be invalid.
5. Where a bet placed with an Back Up Bet Reward settles as ‘won’ no funds are payable and the Back Up Bet Reward is deemed used.
6. Where a bet placed with an Back Up Bet Reward settles as ‘lost’, You will be eligible to have all or part of your stake of the lost bet based on the conditions returned as a (i) a FreeBet; (ii) a Bonus, subject to wagering requirements; or (iii) cash up to a maximum amount displayed.
7. Where a bet placed with an Back Up Bet Reward settles as ‘lost’ and later corrected as 'won', firstly, you will get all or part of your stake back (when it’s settled as lost), then you will get your winnings from the bet (when it’s resettled to won).
8. Where a bet placed with an Back Up Bet Reward settles as ‘cancelled’, no funds are payable, and the Back Up Bet Reward is considered used.
9. Where a bet placed with an Back Up Bet Reward settles as ‘dead heat’ (d/h), dead heat rules apply on the stake of the bet. Please see the Sports betting rules for full information on dead heat.
10. Only one Back Up Bet Reward can be used per bet slip. Back Up Bet Rewards cannot be combined with any other Rewards.
11. The availability of Back Up Bet Rewards are not guaranteed on all devices and browser versions and we shall not be responsible if Back Up Bet Rewards are not available for technical reasons. In this event, a bet placed shall stand as a standard bet.
12. We reserve the right to accept or decline any bet/wager requested for participating sports, markets or bet types when Back Up Bet Rewards are used or attempted to be used.
13. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or remove the Back Up Bet Rewards feature at any time for any event, fixture or market. Any bets placed on such events, fixtures or markets prior to such suspension or removal of the Back Up Bet Reward feature, shall stand as originally placed.
14. We reserve the right to reverse the settlement of a bet placed using Back Up Bet Reward feature if the bet or a market is settled in error.

Deposit Bonus Terms and Conditions 

1. An Eligible player has to claim his bonus. Failure to claim the Deposit Bonus will result in the bonus expiring. A user can have only one (1) active Deposit Bonus with the same Bonusname in his account.
2. If an Eligible Players places an eligible deposit during the promotional period we will issue a 100% cash bonus
3. Deposit up to €50 (Haunted House) and get a 100% bonus, up to €50 in Cash.
4. Deposit up to €25 (Penalty Shoot Out) and get a 100% bonus, up to €25 in Cash.
5. Cash will be added to an Eligible Players account immediately

General:

1. The promoter may place restrictions on your account, including deposit restrictions, to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. The promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions affect your ability to complete the requirements of the promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
2. Where the promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that player's account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
3. If an Eligible Player is deemed to have staked several bets across the same matches to cover all match result scenarios, the promoter reserves the rights to remove the player from the promotion. In the event of 3 matches and 3-way (1X2) markets, this would be 27 bets to cover all outcomes. For 4 matches and 1X2 markets, this would be 81 bets. The calculation is, (3 ^number of matches). In the case of 3 matches and 2-way markets (yes/no, over/under) it would be 8 bets to cover all outcomes, in the case of 4 matches, and 2-way markets it would be 16 bets to place all outcomes. The calculation is (2 ^number of matches).
4. The promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the terms of our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
