Terms and Conditions

1 Organiser, definitions and general rules
These terms govern participation in online satellites in the bwin poker client where players may win a ticket or registration right for the live poker event Gladiator IV Sofia. The event takes place at Palms Royale Sofia Casino in Sofia, Bulgaria from 2–10 May 2026. By participating, the player accepts these terms and the applicable operator terms and poker client rules. If there is any discrepancy, the bwin poker client information and rules and the live event organiser rules are final.

2 Eligibility
Participation is available only to players aged 18 or over with an active account who have completed required verification where applicable and who are permitted to use the services under applicable rules. Players must be able to travel and attend the live event in Sofia, Bulgaria. The operator may refuse or cancel participation where required by regulation, law or policy.

3 Promotion period and availability
Satellites are available during periods and times set by the operator and shown in the client. The operator may add, amend, suspend or terminate satellites at any time for operational, technical, legal or regulatory reasons.

4 Satellite mechanics
The satellites follow the chain below as per the client rules.

• Freeroll 18:10 – prizes 12 x €0.22 tickets
• Feeder 18:30 – €0.22 buy in, prizes 3 x €2.20 tickets
• €2.20 Phase 1 20:00
• €11 Phase 2 Monday 20:00
• €55 Final 3 May 20:00 – prizes 3 seats for Main Event €550

Winning players may be automatically registered to the next stage where specified in the tournament rules shown in the client. If the client includes chip carry forward rules, the client rule applies.

5 Registration and unregistration
Registration and unregistration follow the rules of each tournament shown in the client. Where applicable, unregistration may be limited until a defined time before the start. For €2.20 Phase 1, unregistration ends 15 minutes before the start time when shown in the client.

6 Tickets, third party provider and validity
Tickets or seats may be issued or administered by a third party tournament service provider where applicable. Tickets are valid only for Gladiator IV Sofia registration or participation where applicable and subject to the live event organiser rules.
Tickets must be used as intended and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Unused tickets expire and are not refundable and cannot be converted into cash or bonus. Ticket validity follows what is shown in the client and what the organiser defines.

7 Live event, on site registration and costs
Participation in the live event is subject to organiser rules and on site registration requirements. The organiser may require identity documents and additional verification.
All travel, accommodation, visa, insurance and related personal costs are the player responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. The operator does not guarantee seat availability or participation if the player does not meet organiser requirements.

8 Changes to schedule and live event terms
The live event schedule, structures, prize pools and conditions are set by the organiser and may change. The operator is not responsible for changes made by the organiser.

9 Abuse and fair play
Prohibited conduct includes multiple accounts, collusion, prohibited software, promotion manipulation, suspicious transactions, fraud and breaches of client rules. In cases of suspected or confirmed abuse, the operator may cancel participation, remove tickets, disqualify players and restrict or close accounts and may report to competent authorities where required.

10 Technical issues and limitation of liability
The operator is not responsible for interruptions, delays, technical issues, third party errors, player internet or device issues or other circumstances outside reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from participation or inability to participate.

11 Personal data
Personal data is processed under the operator privacy policy and applicable law. Where necessary to issue or administer tickets and live event registration, certain data may be shared with a third party provider and the organiser only to the extent necessary for the promotion.

12 Changes to these terms
The operator may amend these terms at any time where there is a valid reason. The current version is the one published on the promotion page at the relevant time.

13 Language and governing law
If there is any discrepancy between language versions, the Bulgarian version prevails. Applicable law is as per the operator general terms.
