Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter and Definitions

1.1. This promotion is organised by the company identified in the applicable Terms of Use for eligible players and their website accounts (the “Promotion Organiser”). For short: “Bwin”.

1.2. “Promotion” means the Bwin Weekly Freeroll (Deposit-Qualified).

1.3. “Ticket” means the tournament ticket issued automatically upon meeting the qualification criteria.

1.4. All times are Bulgaria local time (EET/EEST) unless stated otherwise.

2. Promotion Period

2.1. The Promotion runs from 23.02.2026 (inclusive) until withdrawn by Bwin or until the end of the period stated in the relevant communications/promotion page.

2.2. Bwin reserves the right to amend the duration and/or the terms of the Promotion at any time, including to terminate it. Players will be deemed notified upon publication in the site/app.

3. Eligibility

3.1. The Promotion is available only to customers who are eligible to play in Bulgaria (BG licence) and whose accounts are not subject to restrictions (including regulatory/compliance/safer gambling) that prevent participation in promotions.

3.2. Standard exclusions may apply (e.g., employees, restricted/suspended accounts, suspected abuse), in line with internal rules and the applicable Terms of Use.

4. Promotion Mechanics (Qualification and Ticketing)

4.1. To qualify, a customer must make at least one successful/settled deposit of €10 (or equivalent) or more within the qualification window after opting in from the promotions menu

4.2. Weekly qualification window: Sunday 20:00:01 to Sunday 20:00.

4.3. Deposits made after Sunday 20:00 qualify for the following week.

4.4. Ticket issuance: 1 (one) ticket per unique customer per week upon meeting the criteria.

4.5. Tickets are issued automatically. No additional registration is required to receive the ticket. Participation in the freeroll still requires manual tournament registration in the poker client.

5. Tournament (Weekly Freeroll)

5.1. The tournament is a ticket-only freeroll. Participation is possible only with a valid ticket for the relevant week. Players must register themselves in the poker client; tickets do not auto-register players into the freeroll.

5.2. Prize pool: $500 (USD), paid as per the tournament configuration.

5.3. Currency: deposits are in EUR

5.4. The tournament’s scheduled date/time, structure and prize pool displayed in the poker client and/or promotion page take precedence in case of discrepancy.

6. Tickets

6.1 Tickets are valid for 7 days after the date of issuing and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

7. Limitations and Responsibilities

7.1. Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the eligibility criteria and can participate in the tournament.

7.2. Bwin is not responsible if account restrictions (including regulatory/safer gambling) prevent a player from qualifying or using a ticket.

7.3. Where Bwin suspects fraud/abuse, Bwin may refuse participation, cancel tickets/prizes and/or take other actions in accordance with the Terms of Use.

8. General

8.1. In case of inconsistency between translations and versions, the Bulgarian version shall prevail.

8.2. Matters not covered herein are governed by Bwin’s Terms of Use and applicable law.

8.3. Bwin is not responsible for technical failures, interruptions, errors in software/hardware, internet connectivity issues, or other matters outside Bwin’s reasonable control that may affect participation, registration, ticket issuance/use, or the running of the tournament.

8.4. In the event of a technical error, obvious inaccuracy, incorrect crediting/ticket issuance, or other operational issue, Bwin reserves the right to correct the error and/or cancel and recalculate any affected results/prizes, including voiding any tickets or prizes issued in error.

8.5. Bwin reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend or amend the Promotion and/or the tournament (including date, time, structure and prize pool) where required due to regulatory, operational, technical or force majeure circumstances. Publication in the site/app and/or poker client shall be deemed sufficient notice.

8.6. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity regarding the interpretation and/or application of these Terms and Conditions and/or the Promotion outcome, Bwin’s decision shall be final to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8.7. By participating, you acknowledge that Bwin processes personal data for the administration of the Promotion (including ticket issuance, eligibility checks, abuse prevention and reporting), in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
