Satellites (all times Bulgaria local time, EET/EEST):
- Centroll €0.01 – daily at 18:00 (awards 7 tickets to the €1.10 Feeder). Extra Centrolls run on the last Sunday of the month and on 17.05 (14:00 and 17:00).
- Feeder €1.10 – daily at 18:45 (awards 3 tickets to €11 Phase 1). Extra Feeders run on the last Sunday of the month and on 17.05 (14:45 and 17:45).
- Phase 1 €11 – daily at 20:00 (awards 1 ticket to the €109 Final Phase). Extra Phase 1 satellites run on the last Sunday of the month and on 17.05 (16:00 and 19:00).
- Final Phase €109 – last Sunday of the month and on 17.05 (2 packages guaranteed).
Note: A player can join any phase via direct buy-in.
€1,200 package details:
- €460 accommodation expenses: 4 nights at Holiday Inn Express Malta (IHG), St Julian's STJ 3310, double room, breakfast included (up to 2 people).
- €600 direct tournament buy-in.
- €140 cash for other expenses.

Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter and Definitions
1.1. This promotion is organised by the company identified in the applicable Terms of Use for eligible players and their website accounts (the “Promotion Organiser”). For short: “Bwin”.
1.2. “Promotion” means the Battle of Malta 2026 Satellites (€1,200 package).
1.3. “Package” means the “€1,200 package” prize described on the promotion page and/or in the poker client.
1.4. “Qualifying Tournament” means any of the Centroll/Feeder/Phase 1/Final Phase tournaments displayed in the poker client.
1.5. All times are Bulgaria local time (EET/EEST) unless stated otherwise.
2. Promotion Period
2.1. The Promotion runs from 01.02.2026 (inclusive) to 27.05.2026 (inclusive), unless withdrawn earlier by Bwin.
2.2. Bwin reserves the right to amend the duration and/or the terms of the Promotion at any time, including to terminate it. Players will be deemed notified upon publication in the site/app and/or the poker client.
3. Eligibility
3.1. The Promotion is available only to customers who are eligible to play in Bulgaria (BG licence) and whose accounts are not subject to restrictions (including regulatory/compliance/safer gambling) that prevent participation in promotions/tournaments.
3.2. Standard exclusions may apply (e.g., employees, restricted/suspended accounts, suspected abuse), in line with internal rules and the applicable Terms of Use.
4. Promotion Mechanics (Satellites and Qualification)
4.1. Qualification for the Package is via participation in the qualifying tournaments (Centroll/Feeder/Phase 1/Final Phase) in accordance with the conditions and payout structure displayed in the poker client.
4.2. The satellite schedule (buy-ins, times, number of tickets/prizes, etc.) is provided for information. The final parameters and prize structures shown in the poker client take precedence in case of discrepancy.
4.3. A player may join any phase via direct buy-in (where available in the poker client).
4.4. Qualifying tickets (where applicable) are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be renewed, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the poker client.
5. Package and Redemption
5.1. The Package cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
5.2. If a player wins multiple packages, the player may register for multiple festival editions where permitted and applicable.
5.3. To redeem/use the Package, winners must contact Bwin Support and follow the redemption instructions provided.
6. Satellite Guarantee Protection
6.1. The Feeder and Final Phase tournaments may run under satellite guarantee protection, meaning the guarantee is only valid after the end of late registration.
6.2. If a tournament ends before the end of late registration, players will share the accumulated prize pool as per the tournament configuration.
7. Limitations and Responsibilities
7.1. Bwin organises online satellites and is not responsible for organising Battle of Malta or other live tournaments.
7.2. Bwin does not cover costs in cases such as late arrival, missed registration, loss of personal belongings or other circumstances outside Bwin’s reasonable control.
7.3. Where Bwin suspects fraud/abuse, Bwin may refuse participation, cancel tickets/prizes and/or take other actions in accordance with the Terms of Use.
8. General
8.1. In case of inconsistency between language versions, the English version shall prevail.
8.2. Matters not covered herein are governed by Bwin’s Terms of Use and applicable law.
8.3. Bwin is not responsible for technical failures, interruptions, errors in software/hardware, internet connectivity issues, or other matters outside Bwin’s reasonable control that may affect participation, registration, ticket issuance/use, or the running of the tournaments.
8.4. In the event of a technical error, obvious inaccuracy, incorrect crediting/ticket issuance, or other operational issue, Bwin reserves the right to correct the error and/or cancel and recalculate any affected results/prizes, including voiding any tickets or prizes issued in error.
8.5. Bwin reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend or amend the Promotion and/or the tournaments (including date, time, structure and prize pool) where required due to regulatory, operational, technical or force majeure circumstances. Publication in the site/app and/or poker client shall be deemed sufficient notice.
8.6. By participating, you acknowledge that Bwin processes personal data for the administration of the Promotion (including eligibility checks, abuse prevention and reporting), in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
