Terms and Conditions

bwin Legends Sofia 2026 

1. The promoter of this Promotion is the company identified in the [applicable General Terms and Conditions] governing eligible players and their bwin.com accounts (the “Promoter” or “bwin”). 
2. The “bwin Legends Sofia Satellites” Promotion is open only to customers aged 18 or over who hold a valid bwin account, are eligible to play in Bulgaria and are not subject to restrictions preventing participation in bonuses, promotions or poker tournaments. 
3. The Promotion is available only to bwin customers in Bulgaria, unless expressly stated otherwise. 
4. The Promotional Period runs from 1 September 2026 to 30 November 2026. 
5. “bwin Legends Sofia Satellites” is a system of online qualification tournaments connected to bwin Legends Sofia 2026, held at Palms Royale Casino Sofia from 17 to 22 November 2026. 
6. The Main Event runs from 19 to 22 November 2026 and has a €150 buy-in. 

Online qualification 

7. Online qualification includes two separate routes: Seat Only – for a Main Event ticket; and Legends Package – for a package including the Main Event, High Roller and €300 for travel and/or other related expenses. 
8. During the Promotional Period, bwin may run daily free and paid qualification tournaments leading to the next levels of the relevant qualification structure. 
9. Qualification tournaments can be found in the Communities and bwin Events sections of the bwin Poker client. 
10. Exact buy-ins, start times, qualification levels, the number of tickets awarded and all other tournament parameters are displayed directly in the poker client. If promotional communication differs from the tournament information shown in the poker client, the poker-client information will prevail, except in the case of an obvious technical or administrative error. 
11. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all published times are shown in Bulgarian local time. 
12. The Seat Only Final is scheduled to run every Sunday, unless otherwise stated in the poker client. 
13. The Legends Package Final is scheduled to run every Monday, unless otherwise stated in the poker client. 
14. Some qualification tickets may automatically register the winning player into the next tournament. Where automatic registration applies, this is indicated in the poker client. 

Seat Only 

15. Seat Only qualification awards only a ticket to the bwin Legends Sofia 2026 Main Event worth €150. 
16. The Seat Only ticket does not include transport, accommodation, High Roller entry or any other expenses. 
17. A player who wins a Main Event ticket may participate in one of the available Main Event starting flights, subject to availability and the registration procedure of the live event. 

Legends Package 

18. The Legends Package has a total value of €750 and consists of: one €150 Main Event ticket, one €300 High Roller ticket and €300 for travel and/or other related expenses. 
19. The €150 Main Event ticket and the €300 High Roller ticket provide the qualifying player with entry to the corresponding live tournaments in the bwin Legends Sofia 2026 schedule. These tickets are personal and may not be transferred to another person. 
20. The €300 for travel and/or other related expenses will be credited as cash to the winner’s bwin account within 5 working days after winning the Legends Package. 
21. The Legends Package may not be exchanged in full for its cash value unless bwin expressly states otherwise. 

Tickets and validity 

22. All tickets won through the qualification system are personal and may not be transferred to another player. 
23. Tickets may not be redeemed or exchanged for their cash value unless expressly stated otherwise by bwin. 
24. If a player wins more than one ticket or package of the same type, the treatment of any additional qualification will be governed by the conditions displayed for the relevant tournament in the poker client and/or communicated separately by bwin. 
25. Players are responsible for checking the date and start time of any tournament for which they have received a ticket or qualified. 
26. Unused tickets expire in accordance with their stated validity and are not refundable, replaceable or redeemable for cash unless bwin expressly states otherwise. 

Live event participation 

27. The live events forming part of bwin Legends Sofia 2026 are held at Palms Royale Casino Sofia. 
28. Participation in the live tournaments is also subject to the applicable access requirements, tournament procedures and rules of the casino and the relevant live-event organiser. 
29. Players must meet all applicable legal-age, identification, venue-entry and tournament-registration requirements. A valid identity document may be required at registration. 
30. Players who win a Main Event ticket, whether through Seat Only qualification or as part of a Legends Package, may choose from the available starting flights (Day 1A, Day 1B, etc.), subject to availability. To confirm the selected starting flight, the player must register in the corresponding Holding Tank in the bwin Poker client. Deregistration from the Holding Tank is not permitted within 2 hours of the scheduled start of the relevant starting flight, unless otherwise stated in the poker client or expressly communicated by bwin. 
31. Registration in a Holding Tank does not replace on-site registration. After registering in the relevant Holding Tank, the player must attend Palms Royale Casino Sofia and complete the applicable live-event registration procedure before participating. Live registration and table/seat assignment are completed on site in accordance with the casino’s procedures, and casino staff and/or bwin representatives may assist where applicable. Players remain responsible for arriving on time for the tournament for which they have registered or qualified. 
32. Except for the €300 expenses component included in the Legends Package, bwin does not cover additional transport, accommodation, food or other personal expenses incurred by the participant. 

Live organiser and third parties 

33. The live tournaments are organised and operated by Palms Royale Casino Sofia and/or the relevant live-event organiser under their own rules and procedures. bwin organises the online qualification Promotion and does not control the operational aspects of the live tournaments. To the extent permitted by applicable law, bwin is not responsible for acts or omissions of the live-event organiser outside bwin’s own obligations. 
34. The live-event organiser may make changes to the live schedule, tournament structure, start times or other on-site conditions. 
35. If a live event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed for reasons outside bwin’s control, the relevant provisions of the [applicable General Terms and Conditions] will apply. 

Technical and operational matters 

36. In the event of an obvious technical or administrative error in the configuration of a tournament, ticket, prize pool or another material feature of the Promotion, bwin may take appropriate corrective action in accordance with the [applicable General Terms and Conditions]. 
37. In the event of a technical issue affecting the poker platform, the applicable poker-client rules and the [applicable General Terms and Conditions] will apply. 

Restrictions and misuse 

38. bwin may apply account restrictions in order to comply with legal, regulatory and safer-gambling requirements. Where an applicable restriction prevents a player from participating in the Promotion or a particular tournament, that restriction will take precedence over this offer. 
39. Where bwin reasonably suspects fraud, collusion, chip dumping, promotional abuse or another breach of the poker-platform rules, bwin may withhold a ticket or prize while the matter is investigated. 
40. Where a breach is established, bwin may disqualify the player and cancel tickets or prizes connected with the breach in accordance with the [applicable General Terms and Conditions] and applicable law. 

Changes and general conditions 

41. bwin may amend these Terms and Conditions where required for legal, regulatory, technical or other objectively justified reasons. The current version will be made available on the promotional page. 
42. For any matter not expressly covered by these Terms and Conditions, the [applicable General Terms and Conditions of bwin] and the applicable poker-platform rules will apply. 
43. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and promotional or marketing communication relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail. 
44. If these Terms and Conditions are made available in more than one language, the Bulgarian version will prevail for this Promotion.
